About the Role

Mangomint is a rapidly growing company focused on providing innovative solutions. We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to join our team and help shape the future of our products. This role involves leading design initiatives, mentoring junior designers, and collaborating closely with product management and engineering teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Lead Product Designer, you will be instrumental in defining the vision and strategy for key product areas. You will be responsible for the entire design process, from initial research and concept development to detailed UI design and user testing. Your work will directly impact our users and contribute significantly to our product's success.

Responsibilities

- Lead the design vision and strategy for key product areas, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. - Conduct user research, analyze insights, and translate them into actionable design solutions. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas. - Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle. - Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and continuous improvement. - Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices within the organization. - Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and impact. - Experience leading design projects and mentoring other designers. - Expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and user interface design. - Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD). - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. - Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
