About the Role

Supermetrics is seeking a mid-market Account Executive to join their growing US sales team. This role focuses on acquiring new customers and expanding existing relationships within the North America region, a key market for the company. You will work collaboratively with SDRs, Customer Success Managers, Solution Engineers, and Partners. Supermetrics builds an end-to-end marketing intelligence platform, with 15% of global advertising spend reported through their products. They help marketers turn data into insights to improve business results and predict next steps. The company's technology streamlines marketing data for over 200,000 businesses, including Shopify, HubSpot, and Nestlé. Responsibilities

Own the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals by clearly articulating the value of Supermetrics' solutions. Build and maintain relationships with prospects and customers. Develop and execute a territory strategy to meet and surpass targets. Collaborate with key stakeholders including marketing, customer success, partners, and solution engineers to increase revenue. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce. Respond promptly and effectively to inbound leads. Qualify leads to determine their fit with Supermetrics' solutions. Utilize various channels such as email, cold calling, social selling, and networking to generate leads and initiate contact. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to prospects' needs, partnering with a solution engineer for technical conversations. Clearly convey the benefits of Supermetrics' offerings to potential clients to enhance conversion rates. Strategically approach new accounts at the mid to senior level and above. Research and understand prospects' business needs and pain points to tailor outreach. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, landscape, and best practices in digital advertising and SaaS sales. Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through training and self-learning initiatives.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years experience selling to independent and network agencies. 5+ years experience in SaaS sales. Extensive knowledge of advertising agencies and digital marketing analytics with the ability to articulate complex concepts. Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets in a results-oriented, quota-driven environment. Proficient written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Committed and self-motivated with a deep sense of ownership and accountability. Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment working autonomously. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in using sales tools and technologies.
