JobForYou Recommendation

This AI Enablement Specialist role at Eurasia Group offers a unique opportunity to drive AI adoption within a leading global research and advisory firm. It's perfect for someone with 1-2 years of experience in AI/LLM tools and light coding skills, who enjoys bridging the gap between technical and non-technical teams. The position emphasizes project management and communication, allowing you to shape how AI is utilized to enhance geopolitical analysis and business operations.

About the Role

Eurasia Group is the world's leading global research and advisory firm, providing clients with insights into geopolitical instability and opportunities. Together with GZERO Media, they offer a complete political risk solution, committed to unbiased analysis. The company has offices globally, including New York, Washington, and London. Eurasia Group is seeking an AI Enablement Specialist to join its IT organization. This role focuses on accelerating the responsible and practical adoption of AI tools across the firm. The specialist will help teams identify high-value use cases, design AI-enabled processes, and build lightweight automations tailored to real workflows. The primary function of this role is facilitation and adoption driving, translating between technical and non-technical stakeholders. While not a software engineering position, comfort with light coding and technical troubleshooting is expected. This is a full-time role with flexibility for various office locations.

Responsibilities

Drive AI adoption through enablement and workflow integration. Partner with teams across Eurasia Group to understand workflows and identify AI opportunities. Translate ambiguous requests into achievable technical options or explain limitations. Design and implement small, maintainable automations and AI-enabled workflows (e.g., prompt iteration, connecting MCPs and APIs, visual AI workflow builder, simple scripts). Troubleshoot and debug issues across AI tools and workflows, escalating when deeper engineering is required. Run multiple concurrent initiatives with strong project discipline, managing timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables. Proactively communicate with stakeholders and manage scope creep or prioritization issues. Maintain clear documentation of projects and status. Run pilot programs for new AI-related apps, including business case, test users, objectives, evaluation, and rollout. Develop training materials, documentation, and “how-to” guides for self-service. Establish a “champions model” to identify AI leads within departments for first-line support. Create office hours or similar processes to manage questions and avoid becoming an “on-call” tech support resource.

Requirements

1-2 years working with AI/LLM tools in a professional setting (e.g., prompt engineering, workflow design, tool evaluation). Some coding experience (Python or JavaScript preferred) sufficient to debug an API call, write a simple automation, or diagnose issues. Proficient with Markdown format. Genuine knowledge and curiosity about the AI landscape, including understanding differences between challenging AI concepts (e.g., Reasoning vs. Non-Reasoning models, Context Length vs. Context Rot, RAG vs. fine-tuning). Demonstrated project management across multiple concurrent workstreams. Strong communication and “consulting” instincts, including ability to run meetings, translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders, and write clear documentation.
