Senior Solution Engineer

As a Senior Solution Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our sales process, acting as a technical expert for our Flexera One Cloud Cost Optimization (CCO) and Cloud Migration & Modernization (CMM) solutions. You will work closely with sales teams to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and demonstrate the value of our offerings. This is a dynamic role that combines technical depth with strong communication and presentation skills. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for cloud technologies and a proven track record in pre-sales engineering. You will be instrumental in helping customers navigate the complexities of cloud cost management and migration, ultimately contributing to their success and Flexera's growth.

- Partner with sales executives to identify and qualify sales opportunities. - Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand customer challenges and requirements. - Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations. - Design and propose solution architectures that address customer needs. - Respond to technical questions, RFPs, and RFIs. - Act as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the sales cycle. - Provide feedback to product management and engineering teams based on market insights. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and Flexera's product roadmap.

- 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales engineering role, preferably within the cloud cost optimization or cloud migration space. - Deep understanding of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their services. - Experience with cloud cost management tools and methodologies. - Strong technical acumen and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly. - Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
