About the Role

Neptune Software is strengthening its presence in the UK and EMEA and growing its Sales Development team. This role is an exciting opportunity to join a proven and growing team, as a high-performing colleague is progressing into a Mid-Market Account Executive position. You will play a critical role in driving pipeline growth across the UK&I region. As part of the SDR team, you’ll help refine and execute the go-to-market playbook, partner closely with Account Executives, and engage with strategic prospects. Responsibilities

Build and manage a high-quality top-of-funnel for your territory across the UK&I. Convert buying signals such as intent data, partner insights, events, and web activity into executive-level meetings. Qualify meetings into sales opportunities for the Account Executive team. Execute inbound and outbound sequences via email, phone, and LinkedIn. Maintain strong CRM hygiene and accurate pipeline management. Collaborate closely with Account Executives on account strategy and outreach. Share best practices, messaging, and success stories with the wider team. Consistently achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly meeting and opportunity targets. Contribute ideas to improve engagement, reply rates, and conversion.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications: At least one year of experience as an SDR, BDR, or in a related sales role. Self-driven, collaborative, and resilient with an outcome-focused mindset. Clear and professional written communication and confident phone and video presence. Strong discipline with tools and processes. Comfortable working with CRM and sales engagement platforms or willing to learn. Ability to work independently and cross-functionally. Willingness to travel occasionally for industry events. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in enterprise SaaS, low-code platforms, or the SAP ecosystem. Familiarity with ABM tools such as 6sense and Demandbase, CRM systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot, and sales engagement tools such as Outreach, Salesloft, and Groove. Proven track record of booking meetings with enterprise-level customers.
