This role is critical to the continued growth of the region, allowing the successful candidate to help shape a validated playbook and partner with Account Executives to win new strategic customers. Responsibilities

Build and manage a high-quality top-of-funnel for your territory (North America) Convert signals (intent, partner intel, events, web visits) into executive-level meetings Qualify those meetings into opportunities for the AE team to close Execute inbound and outbound sequences (Email, Phone, LinkedIn) and maintain clean Salesforce hygiene Collaborate with AEs on account strategy and outreach; share messaging and win stories with the team Consistently hit weekly, monthly, and quarterly meeting/opportunity targets; contribute ideas that improve reply rates and conversion

Requirements

1 year as an SDR/BDR or related experience Self-driven, collaborative, and resilient Clear, concise writing and confident phone/video presence Discipline with tools and process; comfortable working with a CRM and Sales Execution platform (or willingness to learn) Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams Willingness to travel to attend industry events on occasion Experience in enterprise SaaS (Low-code/software development platforms) or the SAP ecosystem (Preferred) Familiarity with ABM (6sense, Demandbase), CRM (Salesforce/Hubspot), Sales Execution (Outreach, Salesloft, Groove) (Preferred) Track record of successfully generating meetings with enterprise companies (Preferred)
