About the Role

SailPoint is the leader in identity security for the cloud enterprise. Our identity security solutions provide organizations with the right visibility into the right access, at the right time, across all identities and all access points. We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with enterprise-level clients, driving sales of SailPoint's identity security solutions. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and demonstrate how our products can solve their complex identity challenges. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in enterprise software sales.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the enterprise segment Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships Present and demonstrate SailPoint's identity security solutions to prospective clients Negotiate and close complex sales agreements Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales engineering, professional services) to ensure customer success

Requirements

5+ years of successful enterprise software sales experience Proven track record of exceeding quota Experience with identity and access management (IAM) or security software sales is a plus Strong understanding of complex sales cycles and ability to navigate large organizations Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to travel as needed
